Purchases made are normally despatched on the same working day, if ordered before 3pm, and delivered to the your within 1-3 days. All courier deliveries i.e. Dog Beds and Large Fabric Orders will require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is to ensure the goods are delivered and received correctly. If you can’t be there to sign for delivery and your order qualifies, you may be able to provide special delivery instructions during the checkout process for our drivers to leave the item(s) with a neighbour or in some other safe place. Otherwise, remember you can specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace, or a friend's address, etc.

Note: If your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may be made separately.

We can ship fabric outside the UK and Worldwide, please contact us for a price including delivery cost.
Unfortunately, due to the large size of our pet beds, it is not economical for us to ship these outside the UK.

Refunds & Returns

We are committed to providing quality products which we hope you will fully satisfied with. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to exchange or return something you have bought.

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with any item then you can send it back to us to be refunded. Please note that the return of the items must be within 14 days (unless otherwise specified) from the date of receipt.
