A few of the most frequently asked questions we are asked, along with the answers…

Q: What Size Is a Sample?

A: For a sample, we provide a small piece of the selected fabric, to enable you to get a feel for the fabric and to enable you to see the colours at first hand. Ideal for colour matching, if you have a piece already that you need to match to. If you need a certain size, we would advise purchasing a half metre or full metre instead to be sure you have enough fabric for your project.

Q: I live nearby, can I come and browse / collect some fabric?

A: No, sorry. We are an internet only company. Unfortunately, we cannot allow visitors at our warehouse, under any circumstances.

Q: My delivery hasn’t arrived when it should have done?

A: You can rest assured that we posted your fabric on the date specified in your email, usually if a delivery hasn’t yet arrived, it is either with your neighbour because Royal Mail couldn’t deliver to you, or it has been taken back to the Royal Mail Delivery Office (you can find your nearest delivery office here: http://www.royalmail.com/delivery-and-collection-office-finder

Q: I haven’t been left a card to say delivery was attempted?

A: Despite Royal Mail insisting that they “always” leave a card – this isn’t necessarily true, we would advise checking with the delivery office anyway. Especially if your regular Postman/woman is on holiday and a temp is filling in.

Q: Can you send my fabric as one piece?

A: Yes, we always will unless you request otherwise. If you order more than 1 of the same fabric, we will ALWAYS send as one single piece (except for samples). e.g. if you order a quantity of 3 and the size as “Per Metre” you will receive a single piece of fabric measuring 3 metres.

Q: How do I order 1.5 metres?

A: Either order 3 x half metres or order 1 metre and then a half metre. This will come as a single piece of 1.5 metres length.
